Baltus Tolliver

Baltus left Wickermoor Hollow as a young man and spent a decade crossing Druskenvald. He came back with wealth, a network of contacts spanning the entire domain, and something else he keeps considerably quieter. He runs the Tolliver's Trading Post, the commercial lifeblood of Wickermoor Village.

He is a slender man of upper middle age, with thinning black hair and a clean-shaven face. He wears the same gray suit every day without fail, laundering it every evening with meticulous care. Plain silver rings on his fingers. A decoratively carved mahogany pipe almost always in hand.
